Quality Management — ISO 9001:2000

Commissioning a project into a language you don't understand sometimes requires a leap of faith and a certain amount of trust in the company you choose. Chances are any negative feedback on a poor translation will come too late and from the worst possible area — your customers.

We take our clients' trust in us seriously and hold quality as our guiding principle. After all, it's not just gaining clients but keeping them satisfied, project after project, that counts. Read our clients page and testimonials to see some of the repeat clients who keep coming back.

As part of our quality improvement process we decided to undertake the rigorous ISO 9001:2000 certification process. The audits involved a comprehensive review of all our quality management systems, from how we select a translator for your project, to how we manage sensitive documents and client information.

Throughout the ISO process we were delighted to find that the quality systems we had in place were already world class. But the push for certification helped us to standardise procedures across our worldwide offices and set our quality standards in concrete.

So, what does this mean for you?

Companies can make any quality claims they like — we actually have to do it! We are regularly audited to verify that all controls and quality measures we claim to have are actually in place — that's the bottom line of ISO 9001:2000
