Interpreting Live

Service Description

Interpreting Live provides over-the-phone interpretation services. Interpretation will be provided in the style of a conference call (you do not pay additional telephone charges). You will be able to access an interpreter in the required language within 120 seconds of the initial request.

Availability

The service is available via centres in Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Please refer to the information for each city for available languages, hours and contact details.

Cost

Charges are based on a pay per minute used basis, at the rate of EUR 1.99 per minute. You will be invoiced at the end of the month for the total number of minutes used. There is a one-time setup fee to establish an account, and no minimum usage.
